I think you can just enter the first off-duty location at midnight. No need to change anything on the next day until you switch to a new duty status.

    Does that work?

I cannot get the city/state to print on a single off duty day. It will show on multiple days on one page, but not a single day...........

Just enter your location at the beginning of the day like any other location. Click at midnight and off-duty to add a "bubble" which lets you enter your location.

I wish it printed like multi day logs nice and neat on the page. Your solution works but looks crappy. Otherwise I love your program. Saves me time and money Thanks Jim
