If you click on the grid to note a change-of-duty, you&amp;#39;ll see all the fields below it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you are talking about the&amp;nbsp;log&amp;#39;s overall start/end locations (often shown at the bottom of the form, not in the remarks section on the log grid), those used to be required many years ago but have been deleted as requirements&amp;nbsp;by the FMCSA.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
