Generally if the form is imprinted with a carrier name and address, we can work with your carrier to get permission. The best way is to send us a few blank (and preferrably unfolded) logs by regular mail. We can generate a template for your carrier's log.

Hi, this is a follow up question to the JJ Keller Logs, I work for a company that uses these Scanable logs also, and just following up, have you been able to do this? If so, I would be intereted in getting this. I am currently using the trial version, but if this works, I will be buying asap.

The place I work uses these forms. Can Eclipse Logbook be set up to print those logs?
