(the top menu) Then Click Unlock. This will ask you for your email address and password. Once you fill that out and click unlock the screen will go away. After that you will be successfully unlocked. <br /> <br /> You&#39;re correct when first signing up with Logbook you cannot enter in your province. Just enter in the closet state to you. In the Logbook software you will be able to enter in any Home terminal address you need, it won&#39;t care about province or state.
