Does this software work for companies that have to cross the border? HOS regulations would have to change to the proper country when the driver marks a border crossing.

Print log in different color

I have a color printer. Can your program print the logbook in different color (as same as paper log sheet)? Example - grid, name of carrier, main office address... etc. in red color and lines of duty status in black color. Thank you.

hey guys. First off let me say thank you a TON for the software. It should cost more in my opinion. I am excited to see what new features may come later. I hope to help as much as possible. I mean...I am not going to hack out a C++ or Csharp Code for you guys as I think you can handle it on your own. There are things I have a question about but the biggest one is the GPS location auto button. I have never gotten this to work since I bought the software from you. I purchased Microsoft S&T with GPS just because of you guys and this software. The software works great (Both you guys and Microsoft S&T) while running together but for whatever reason all I ever get is No Good GPS Fix. Thanks for any help with this.

As much as I love Eclipse Logbook I will stop using it as of the first of the year. I am forced to find another logbook as I feel I am just not getting what I am paying for. They haven't had any upgrades (fixing bugs is not an upgrade) or new features added to Logbook for a few years. What they do have is a wish list that they never add any of the features that have been asked for. I and several other people have asked for a new way to send in our logs. My company will not pay for the way Logbook wants to send in the logs. So, like I said I must look for a new logbook as of the first of the year. I will miss using Eclipse Logbook!

switching computers

The computer that I had my log book on crashed, am I able to somehow have it switched to a different computer since I already paid for it? or do I need to buy it again?

I have not used this program for a few years. Releasing and need to use the program. I just upgraded to the lastest version and now I go red after just 8 hours. I know I can manipulate the 4 tabs at the bottom and get a darker red at 11 hours. Additionally what is the Rest Break Tab for?

I previously worked for Horizon Transport and used their trial version of the eclipse log. I am now driving for Synergy who still uses paper logs. Last week I purchased the eclipse log but when I print out my logs, it shows Horizon as the invitation code. I need to remove their name. Please help. Thanks Gary Hill

I have filled out everything and it wont register for me, does this have to be done before the trial version. Also, there is only one version of the trial and it keeps saying Microsoft operating system has an error, New computer and works perfectly until this logbook.

Downloading to New Device

I have the trial version installed on my laptop, but I am getting a new "2 in 1" windows 10 compact PC/tablet. (An Asus flip book). Will there be any problems downloading the full version to the new computer? Can I have it installed on both computers at the same time?

My Norton is blocking me from viewing the web site. I'm having to tell Norton to go to site anyway. Then when I try and download the trial version Norton scans the file and deletes it. Says the file has a Trojan. Not sure what's going on.....Help plz

Software upgrade needed

Fax is the drivers only selection to send log sheets in, with this new age faxes are going by the way side and paperwork is all done electronic which has a much better quality. I'm suggesting that the software have a major upgrade to make it possible to save a log sheet into a saved file PDF, etc, so you could attach it to an email along with other paperwork. This saves double the work of making a copy, then scanning it, then putting it into a saved file , then attach it to an email . Wouldn't it be so much simpler to put it into a file to be attached to an email? JIM
