We do have a passenge bus style log that might work for you. Just go to www.Logbook.com and click on the CHAT NOW to get connected with a technician that can add that form to your Logbook. If you company alrready has logs with their name and address on them, we could add that to your Logbook as well, just follow the instructions below.
If your company gives you the original (not copies) preprinted logs with the company name and address on the log then you can send me 2 - 3 log pages. Please DO NOT fold the logs when you send them in. Also please include a note with your name and phone number so I know which account to add it to. Depending on the log form it can take up to a week to digitize the log. I will give you a call when I have finished the log form and added it to your account.
