Let's Get This Thing Rolling
Step #1: Choose a Log Form and Imprint Info
When your drivers install the software, we'll automatically install the correct
log-form and imprint information (carrier name and address).
We offer both our new Standard
Log, as well as our older
Classic Log. If you have
a different form you want to use let us know, and we'll make arragements
to deliver it to your drivers.
No matter which form you select, you can process them simultaneously with
paper logs from any drivers that don't use Eclipse Logbook.
Step #2: Decide If You Want To Support Certified Fax
With Certified Fax, drivers fax logs in from anywhere they have an internet connection.
This gives you the added benefit that you simply retrieve the
logs electronically into RapidLog or RapidLog Pro batches. These logs take little
or even NO time to process.
Step #3: Let Your Drivers Know About Eclipse Logbook
The more drivers that use the software, the more benefits you'll
see as a carrier. You have several options for promoting it:
- Enclose a small flyer with paychecks
- Announce special offers at a driver meeting
- Put our FREE display case with brochures in you driver room
or at your safety/dispatch counter
- Do a mailing to your drivers
- Include a flyer with orientation materials for all new drivers
- Provide links on your website or driver portal
- Distribute CDs to your drivers (fee applies)
We handle all installation, support and training for the drivers
that respond and want to try the system.
